PRSVRE Bracket Challenge Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PRSVRE Media Group Inc. ("PRSVRE", "we") collects when you enter the PRSVRE Bracket Challenge at prsvre.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run the contest, and we never sell your information.
You must be 14 or older to enter.

Your 7 picks and tiebreaker
To score your bracket and rank it against others
Date and time you entered or edited

Whether you ticked the updates box
To know if you agreed to receive PRSVRE news by email
We also save your bracket in your own browser, so you can see it when you come back on the same device. It stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it. The bracket itself does not use advertising cookies. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may set its own cookies to run the site and count visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Share images (your champion card and your receipts) are made on your device when you tap Save. We never get a copy unless you send one to us.
What's shown publicly
The Top 10: after the Vanier Cup, the ten highest-scoring brackets are shown on the bracket page with first name, last initial and points (for example, "Jordan M. · 575 pts"). Your email and full last name are never shown.
Pick trends: we may share how many people picked each team as percentages (for example, "62% picked Saskatchewan"). These are totals only and never identify anyone.
Your own standing (such as "Top 10% of brackets") is shown only to you, on your own device.
If you win a prize, we may announce your first name and last initial on our website or social media. We'll ask you first before sharing anything more.
Emails
Contest emails come from bracket@prsvre.com and are part of entering: your confirmation, an email when you update your picks, and your bracket link when you ask for it with "Find my bracket". If you win, we'll email you about your prize.
Your bracket link works like a key: anyone who has it can see your bracket and change your picks until they lock. Keep the link to yourself and share your champion card instead.
PRSVRE updates (news, content drops and future bracket challenges) are sent only if you ticked the box when you entered. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them at any time. Unsubscribing doesn't affect your bracket.
Where it's stored and who we share it with
Your entry is stored in PRSVRE's Google Workspace account (Google Sheets), and contest emails are sent through Gmail. The bracket page is hosted by Squarespace. These providers process information on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Canada and Quebec, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with those service providers, and if the law requires it.
How long we keep it and your choices
We keep contest entries until 24 months after the Vanier Cup, then delete them. If you opted in to updates, we keep your name and email for those until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us to:
correct it
delete it (deleting before picks lock withdraws your entry)
stop sending you updates
Contact us

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
